Here is the full chart showing which points convert to Virgin Atlantic. Personally, I find Virgin Points to be some of the most useful in the industry and thankfully all the major credit cards allow you to transfer your points to Virgin.
They're especially useful considering how often you can get great transfer bonuses—I've seen some as high as 40%! Check our current transfer bonuses page for up-to-date info.

The Best Ways to Use Virgin Points
The crazy thing about Virgin Points is that you can often find economy class flights between the US and UK for less than 15,000 points. That's cheaper than the average domestic flight! Here are some examples I found just now for next month (May 2025):
- New York (JFK) to London (LHR) on May 7th for only 6,000 points
- Seattle (SEA) to London (LHR) on May 8th for only 9,000 points
- Las Angeles (LAX) to London (LHR) on May 12th for only 9,000 points
One thing to keep in mind: flights to and from the UK usually have fees of around $200, but this isn't specific to Virgin—it's all airlines. Even with that added fee, Virgin is probably the best way to use your points if you want to fly to the UK.
